Hi, I'm Charmille Clark, a proud Omaha native with a passion for helping people find a place they're excited to call home.

After graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2025 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, I was thrilled to turn my long-time interest in real estate into a career. I've always enjoyed connecting with people, building relationships, and helping others which makes real estate the perfect fit for me.

As a member of the Jansen Team at NP Dodge, I have the support, resources, and local expertise needed to guide my clients through every step of the buying or selling process. My goal is to make the experience as smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible.

One of the things I value most is building genuine relationships with my clients. To me, real estate is about so much more than a transaction. It's about helping people create new beginnings, reach their goals, and find a place where lasting memories can be made. I want my clients to feel supported not only during the process but long after closing day.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, taking my dog Sky for a walk, getting lost in a good book, or exploring my love for interior design. I'm passionate about helping people see the potential in a space and envision how it can truly feel like home.
